We stayed here for 1 great night. Stuff was amiable, helped us with everything. We truly enjoyed location, it was magnificent and unbeatable, close to the airport.

Its location is magnificent, at a walking distance from Alajuela Central Park. There's private bathroom, as for me it was own.

I had very pleasant time, totally recommend.

I had a very good 1 night stay in Alajuela. The owner helped me a lot. Everything was simply great. There was café La Sandwicheria with coffee and goodies within 5 minutes walk.

Pleasant stay for one or two nights. Amicable apartment's staff. Perfectly clean and modern room available with a private bathroom, a shared kitchen and a good warm shower. Absolutely perfect location near to a restaurant nearby, Costa Rica and a nearby clinic. Btw, located very close to the airport.

I had a great stay at this private room close to the airport. The host, Oscar, was incredibly helpful and even provided shuttle service to and from the airport for a fee. The room was clean and had plenty of outlets. I appreciated the shared kitchen space and the convenience of a grocery store nearby. I would highly recommend this place for its value and proximity to the airport.

The place was clean and conveniently located near the airport. We enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare our breakfast. The host, Oscar, was amazing and very kind. He allowed us to leave our backpacks at the property after check-out. it was a pleasant stay and we would choose this place again next time.

The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, including sheets and towels at no extra cost. The kitchenette down the hall had a fridge and a microwave, perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, and even though there was no AC, the fan provided a comfortable sleep. The owner was very attentive and even offered a ride to the nearby airport for a small fee. The communication with the owner was fantastic, he responded quickly and was very flexible with our arrival and departure times. The location was excellent, with a supermarket and several food chains within walking distance. The WiFi connection was reliable, and the staff was friendly.

The narrow stairway leading up to the apartment was a bit challenging to navigate with a suitcase. Additionally, the shower was a suicide shower instead of a hot water heater.

The quality of fixtures and the freshly painted floors, walls, and trim were impressive. The proximity to a vibrant shopping area within a few blocks was convenient. Additionally, the warm and joyful welcome from the owner was a pleasant surprise.

The misleading photos online led to a disappointing discovery of a collection of rooms with a communal kitchen instead of an entire private apartment. This caused confusion and discomfort upon arrival.

The communication was excellent and the owner was very attentive and flexible. The place is modern, clean, and comfortable with a private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect for exploring Alajuela and is close to the airport. There are also nearby dining options such as KFC, McDonald's, and a local taco place. I highly recommend this place.
